1.
Candidates must be a member of a recognized chapter
2.
Must be fully registered for the convention
3.
Must be personally present at the convention

Must be of good moral character

In order to win must have 50% vote plus 1
6.
Campaign speeches must be limited to 1 minute or less
7.
Campaign speech rules apply from board of directors up to President-elect
Suggestion: It should be mandatory for all currently elected officers to attend the National Convention.

Suggestion that “All members present at any executive board meeting must be allowed to vote on issues proposed and presented by the Executive board. This suggestion did not pass at this time due to the violations in the Constitution that addresses the quorum.

Convention Awards- Suggestion FROM Esther Madamba
Only one plaque of recognition shall be given to all participants of a particular chapter during the induction ball.
All participants will be called for presentation and recognition and the plaque are awarded for the entire group to be received by the chapter president.
The President elect will give the names of those deserving members in recognition of their services and dedication.
Suggestions for award criteria are welcome
